Alfred Hansl is a painter and completed his studies at the Federal Pedagogical Academy in Linz. He is a master of colour. The spirited Austrian is a freelance artist and works as a lecturer at various academies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This is what Alfred Hansl says about his working process: "For me, painting means visualized energy, emotions, spontaneity, a constant interplay between intuitive action and analytical observation, between dynamism and calm, between agitation and serenity, meditative action and a scratching of the seal to the unconscious, a sinking into the inner universe that is sometimes stimulated from the outside.
